Who should pay on a first date?
He should.
She should.
Neither, they should both split the check.
He should, but she should offer (and he should refuse)
He should, unless she offers to.
Whoever asked the other person out on the date should.
Using antiquated gender roles to determine who should pay for food is ridiculous.
A first date activity should be something free to remove the pressure of paying. First dates are stressful enough.
