The new episode of Dexter is Make Your Own Kind Of Music. The song is played three times this season. First its played when Lyle Sussmen it forced to kill the second brain surgeon victim. Dr. Vogel plays the intro to the the song at her house and the chorus is covered up when Yates takes Vogel. The third time its played is when Dexter walks in to his apartment and Zach is dead.
I think it is either Oliver Saxon, an obvious choice, or Dr Vogel. She was the last one to see Zach and may be using the Brain Surgeon Murders as a way to draw closer to Dexter. Vogel did after all made her introduction after only the 1st BS murder...
