Yes Why not? Is it right to question about Rohan Murty's appointment? He is qualified and well trained. Why Infosys should loose him to competitors just beacuse he is Narayana Murty;s son? In fact All companys do such things by providing opportunities well qualified and trained kith and kin of not only founders but also of other employees of the company. Only then Employees develop affinity to the company. Employee stock option is one such thing practiced so that employees get a feeling of owning the company and work hard for the company.
