If you know how to reference, you should know that this is unacceptable. When you don't know who the writer is, you use anonymous or unknown. And if you do not know the date, you write n.d. It all depends on the referencing style that you are using.
For example:
(Anonymous n.d)
According to Anonymous (n.d)

Why would anyone think that a mystery article would be acceptable in scholarly writing?
It defects the entire point of producing a solid paper and renders the conclusion invalid.
We might as well use Wiki, its just as valid!
