Facility Design and Appearance - Choose one or more that you find acceptable.
Modern. Metal and glass construction with as many floors as possible to reduce land usage.
Sandstone. Wherever the facility is located, it should utilize as many locally sourced materials as possible and have a natural look.
Cement. Since this would be taxpayer funded, we shouldn't concern ourselves with the appearance of the facility. Instead, it should be as utilitarian and inexpensive as possible. Poured cement and cement blocks should be fine.
Brick. Since many homes and buildings that make up the historic architecture of Iowa City are brick, new construction should be similar in appearance.
