Penn State loses a easy game
Game will be decided by UCF's ability to stop PSU's run and whether or not PSU can stop QB Blake Bortles and his five very fast and experienced receivers. I believe the lines are about equal in size, athleticism and strength. I also believe the UCF most likely has more depth in the line due to Penn State's unfortunate problems and it's ramifications.
