Has "practice made perfect" for you in your own recovery from anxiety or panic?
No. Despite facing my fears time and again, I haven't seen any improvement at all.
Yes, and I didn't even have to practice too much. A few exposure activities and I saw a great improvement.
Yes. Exposing myself to triggers over and over again helped me to recover.
Not really. I've confronted my fears, and I've seen improvement as a result, but nothing substantial.
