Thousands of people in unincorporated communities don't pay municipal property taxes, relying on the province and other towns for some services. Thoughts?

It's scandalous; some of these places are bigger than actual towns and have residents that can afford to pay 39% (742 votes)
It's a non-issue; there's no need for municipalities to exist in such places, to provide services residents don't want 23% (433 votes)
With the provincial government paying for snowclearing, etc., I'm surprised provincial politicians don't raise a fuss 9% (177 votes)
Government should level the playing field, but exempt places that truly are too small to have a critical mass 24% (462 votes)
