Donald Brown is NOT an every down back but he excels in his current role. He is playing solidly on Special Teams and is a TOP NOTCH backup at running back.
I said the exact same thing during the game. Brown gets a hole you can drive a dump truck through and Trent gets hit at the line and forces his way to a 2 or 3 yard gain. The O line has some consistency issues for sure. They did well protecting Luck for the most part. I'll give them that.
Trent will look like the back hes supposed to be when the O-line opens the holes. They opened hold for D Brown today why not Trent?
