What is your stance on the relationship between a work of literature (or any art or form of entertainment) and its author/creator?
The work cannot stand alone; I disagree with an artist’s views, and therefore cannot support the work/book.
The work can stand alone; I can enjoy a work/book regardless of my thoughts on an artist’s personal beliefs.
