What’s wrong is how the Manager handled the situation. But still he should have not been allowed to enter women’s restroom, particular at a child’s play house.
Should have had the female in his party escort the child in the first place instead of standing there waiting on a manger to come on seen.
if another child had to use the restroom; waiting till the last minute there would have been an potty accident.
A worker could have checked the bathroom and temporaly closed it until he was finished helping the child.
