I think Burnett is the better pitcher and I would start Burnett.

I think Cole is the better pitcher and I would start Cole.

I think Burnett is the better pitcher but I would start Cole because of Burnett's playoff track record.

I am not sure who the better pitcher is, so I'd go with Cole based on what happened in Games 1/2.
