Every ad has false words about products.Like fast food show big burgers for low or high cost and than you buy,than you get small burgers,with nothing on it.
A lawsuit is the only way to stop all these fraudulent businesses that mislead customers just to get money. It should be ended by making them pay a huge amount and putting them in prison.
If they make a statement in their advertisment, they should stick to that or suffer the consequences.
If deceptive practices were used, twice the value should be returned.
