Yes . In the current era it is definitly unscientific.I can't think about any mangement strategies without CAG.
No. If you apply that rule , for every episode of suspected angina ,one would like to know coronary antomy
No. CAD managment is essentially medical ,irrespective of coronary anatomy .
Yes , It may be true in ACS , but a major chunk of chronic coronary syndromes can be managed without CAG . !
