When working out, does the ability to execute an exercise vary if you are a size 2 or 22?

Of course it does. There are SO many variables. A size 2 woman with normal or under body fat will be able to bend, move, and exercise differently than a woman with 30-40% body fat who may not be as fit or who's body proportions may prevent certain movements. As a fat granny I know this! But that does not mean fat equals unfit. I was always overweight as a kid but I could ride a horse like a wild woman, run track like Forrest Gump, and get boyfriends as easily as any skinny mini. Plus I was rockin the most awesome Farrah Fawcett haircut! Lol

I still try to stay active despite serious injuries and health problems today in my 50's. And as for shoes and fashions, there is not a day I go into town that at let several strangers don't compliment me on my shoes and/or outfit. Fat also does not need to mean unfashionable, especially with today's clothing lines!

    Peace,
    S

Yes, the ablity to execute an exercise can depend on level of stamina, willingness to really engage in exercise and overall general health and condition of the body.
