Do you think low inflation will mean an extended period of low interest rates from the BOE?
Definitely! I think they'll keep the benchmark rate unchanged until 2015.
It depends on whether the economy can keep improving or not.
Inflation will spike again sooner or later, which would pressure the BOE to hike rates.
