When history is disregarded, the effects and devastation of Yolanda happens.
This presidency has a lot of repairing to do with the tasks left by the previous presidents. In our era, there was not much typhoon models that happened in that area that would need to consider in their disaster risk planning. However, it is the responsibility of the LGU to look into what they are expecting especially for disaster prone areas.
I would commend the Office of the president and the national government agencies in acting as fast as they can to deliver the services for the victims and survivors.
We need to consider the yoland, pablo models for the disaster risk management plan.
