Are you happy?

• I'm basically Chris Traeger in the third season of Parks & Recreation. I *literally* exude happiness.

• My life isn't perfect, but I'm definitely happy overall.

• Depends on the moment. Every week is an emotional rollercoaster.

• I don't really feel happy or unhappy overall. I'm just OK.

• I often feel hopeless or sad. (Though I might keep it to myself.)

• Dealing with depression is a big part of my life.
