The podcasts are generally very well done and quite enjoyable. However, Rich, there was one podcast a few months back (maybe July or August? I'm guessing…) where you interviewed a woman on the show. I was really interested in what she had to say - But I reckon you spent nearly half the broadcast time interrupting her and telling everyone about your opinions on the topic. I suspect that's not the reason why you invited her onto the show in the first place!! I think all hosts need to be aware of interruptions in the interview process. Ask good questions and then get out of the way so that the guest has time to give a decent and thoughtful response.
