You seem to have left out one important factor when listing the requirements Boeing had in deciding where to place the 777x, a work force that isnt going to go on strike every 3-4 years. The impact of the last stike was so severe to the company and its ability to build and deliver airplanes. If they give Everett a new Airplane now to union workers who have a contract that expires just about the time you're going to production would be crazy. It is the definition of insanity, doing the same stupid thing expecting a different result.
