Can islanders succeed in mitigating ferry cuts?

If the ferry terminal was moved from Fulford to Isabella Point the trip would be half the time and distance allowing for better service at much less cost. It has never made sense to have that ferry paralleling a road for half of its trip. It must be obvious to anyone taking the ferry, that the existing terminal at Fulford is to small to handle present and future traffic volumes, and expansion or upgrading is near impossible.
