  • Morgan Arden, Spring Grove swimming: Arden hit her 1,000th career point in Saturday's win against Waynesboro. She scored all 16 of her team's first-quarter points and crossed the milestone by hitting a nearly halfcourt shot at the first-quarter buzzer. Her 38 point total tied a Spring Grove single-game record.

  • Maddie Comly, Delone Catholic basketball: Comley scored 23 points, including a pair of 3s, in the Squirettes' 49-34 victory against South Western on Saturday.

  • Alexis Mailman, York Suburban basketball: Mailman led all scorers with 16 points in a 52-40 win vs. Northeastern on Friday. She followed with a 13-point performance Saturday in a win vs. Warwick.

  • Dover girls’ swimming: The Eagles took first place as a team at the Big Spring Bulldog Bash invitational. Nicole Smith got Dover's first win of the day in the 200 freestyle race (1:59.15), she also took first in the 100 freestyle (55.18). In the 200 IM, Rachel Spaulding placed first with a time of 2:18.13, and Lindsay Brenneman came away with second at 2:20.44. Spaulding placed second in the 100 butterfly and Brenneman took first in the 500 freestyle. Summer Dacheux also won an individual event with a first-place finish in the 100 backstroke. Dover also swam to a first-place finish in the 200 freestyle relay and took second in the 400 freestyle and 200 medley relays.
