What should the "A" in KSA stand for?
"A" is for Abilities.
"A" is for Attitude.
Neither should be included. Knowledge and skills are enough.
Both should be included. We can call it KSAA or AKSA.

Gee, I learned it as KSA & Os, O for Other Attributes, which would include attitude.
