I disagree...because my family is my life. I have one life to live, and if I want to bring my children into a restaurant, regardless of how many "stars" it has, I should be allowed to. Would I? Probably not, but no one is going to tell me I can't. Last I checked, I lived in America.

A 3-month-old at White Castle or Carl's Red Hots in South Chicago would be no biggie, but not at a hoity-toity eatery the other 99% could never afford.
