listening to a line one interview really struck a note with me. I think I have been beginning to get the idea regarding how you view/ react to a situation affects how you feel about yourself and life, just need some instructions on how to change my reaction to life events.
One of my ECT doctors has recommended a book for our patients. He called it Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Do you know where my patients might be able to find it?

I have a bipolar disorder. I suffer from severe depression . I have used your Daily Mood Log and it help me very much in pulling me out of my depression.
The problem in this situation is that you have place a copyright on the use of your Daily Mood Log. Would you please waive your copyright restriction on your Daily Mood Log so that I could use it in combating my depression?
