  • Eli Brooks, Spring Grove basketball: Brooks scored a game-high 16 points in a 58-47 Spring Grove win that included a 9-for-10 performance from the charity stripe. He also led the Rockets past Dallastown on Friday with 17 points and three of his team’s seven 3-pointers.

  • Corbin Willard, Red Lion Christian basketball: Willard had a triple-double with 29 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists in the Swordsmen’s 83-48 win vs. Arlington Baptist on Friday. He also made six 3-pointers. Willard had another triple-double on Thursday when he netted 16 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and dished out 11 assists in an 81-57 win vs. Emmanuel Baptist.

  • Jasper Hankey, Biglerville wrestling: The 145-pounder led the charge with an 11-second pin of Damien Smeltzer in the Canners’ 52-21 victory over Eastern on Friday. Also defeated Bermudian’s Ted Marines, 4-0, at 145 on Thursday, and pinned Suburban’s Liam McWilliams in 1:56at 152-pounds on Wednesday.

  • Zack Sheets, Biglerville basketball: Sheets scored a game-high 25 points in Saturday's win against Fairfield, on the heels of Friday night's game-high 26-point showing in a win vs. Delone. He also had 11 points in a loss Monday to York Catholic and 14 points in a loss Thursday to Hanover.
