Most Greek cities have adopted packaging recycling through the blue bins. A few years later, how good the blue bins are used in your neighborhood?

It seems that some people have understood the aim of the blue bins, but there is still non-accepted garbage in it, but I use them and at least I do something right 50%
People have understood and the bins are used seriously, I saw my garbage volume reduced 25%
My neighborhood doesn't have implemented the blue bin process. 25%
It's just a disaster, the bins are always full of any type of garbage, no separation is made and citizens ignore totally the gain. 0%
