Do you support the death penalty in general and for the Tsarnaev case specifically?

There is much evidence which throws doubt on the official narrative of this event. The two other commenters here, "WL" and " Ed Holmes," seem to not understand the judicial process: A person is innocent until proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt, in a court of law.

He attempted and successfully murdered innocent people and children. Even if he was led by his older brother down that path, if he does not have the conscience in himself to see that killing innocent people is wrong, then he cannot be allowed to live in our society.

There is a difference between Death Penalty sentence for a Gang Banger, who kills out of survival and a Terrorist serving an ideological crusade that has no issue with killing anyone to achieve its aim. There is a difference between liberalism and Pragmatism.

Justice will be served--his warped mind will be

ended. Life in prison he would be able to influence
some inmates to a way of thiking. No remorse.
