Well, I did this in illustrator so it's really easy to move the font around. I moved those things around all over the place, so far this is what I like best with this particular font, but we are looking at changing the font altogether. It's not perfect yet probably but I do feel better that we came out with something to use, all I know for sure is that this skull is going to be part of any logo we use from now on. Maybe I should do a pink one for the ladies...
I like where you're going with this. The biggest change I can suggest is to use a san serif font or put a little more air between the P and S. If not, maybe bump the S down a few points so they are slightly staggered and it would read better.
