I do not think this generic song is empowering to women at all, not to mention that Nicki Minaj's presence in mainstream rap has not made it easier for female rappers to get signed like some have predicted. Between 2009 and 2014 only four other women have been signed. These women are Iggy Azalea, Azealia Banks, Kreayshawn and Angel Haze.
