No I would not rank him inside the top five !

His career simply proves that he belongs in the upper echelons of Yankees' greats

Too subjective a question but Jeter was always a great player to begin with as his record proves

Great players should be judged against those of their own era and not against those of the past

He should be judged against that of his teammates during the span in which he played

Leave it for the baseball historians to bicker selfishly over as they love to create controversy and an idiotic debate
