Have watched HNIC for 55 years, from Ward Cornell through to Ron McLean and in each new commentator came a history of hockey and the ability to communicate that knowledge/understanding in conversation with hockey players, coaches and enthusiasts!

Put Ron bk in his place on the throne of HNIC or a lessor accepted idea, find someone who FITS the role as did those who went before!!
