It was old hag syndrome. But to the extreme. I've heard of cases like this but not quite this severe and usually at home in bed. But this is extraordinary.

I think it may have been the ghost of that young girl, and she was getting what she wanted for revenge on the boyfriend. She may have been a ghost killed by her boyfriend; she may have reverted to the real body state; a corpse!
