We are still waiting for winter to 'end' in Manitoba. Roads were quite covered in black ice even this morning. And yards, are filled with snow 3 feet high still. (3/28/14). This is NOT spring!

Yeah, I'm not sure that this "contest" is a valid one when we all know that Winnipeg (Manitoba) will be the winner hands down. Sure, the East coast got their fair share yesterday with a wicked storm, but it still doesn't equal to what we've had. :( I'm so ready for winter to be over. I thought someone said it was spring? I don't see or feel spring yet.

too true. in Winnipeg we've finally had some sunshine and been looking forward to melted snow...but have been warned about more falling! so...winter hasn't ended here that's for sure.

So where is Al Gore and David Suzuki with their global warming? Sure is strange when the weather is colder than usual neither one of these guys is to be found or is yapping off about how much "WARMER" it is because of global warming!!!!!! Come out of hiding you two.
