People have to remember responsibilities wether you have kids or don't . We have rules and policies for a reason because of people who take advantage . Just because people do or do not have kids we still have responsibilities and when we take a job we adhere to that companies rules . We all have to follow

People seem to forget that different schools have different start times. I have three kids at three different schools with three different start times. Which also means three different out times. Not to mention half days, teacher service days, ect...
