How Do You Like Your Sausage?
I prefer a scattering of crumbles – that way it sort of fuses with the pizza in a way the other versions don’t.
Slices for me, I feel like it’s the best way to really appreciate the sausage on it’s own terms.
There’s something really texturally appealing to me about the little pebbles of sausage you sometimes find; they don’t dissolve into the pie, but they don’t overwhelm it either.
Give me a couple of big hunks of sausage. It’s rustic and satisfying and I love it.
