I cling on to listening to the news talk about getting free online grant applications so I have
been looking around for the best site to get one.

Could you tell me please, where could i acquire some?

"Ghost Cars" do not have shadows (previously stated), nor do they cause a portion of the bumper to fall off the stopping car and then proceed to run over the same portion of said bumper, causing the dislodged piece of "shrapnel" to bounce down the street.

You can see the rear of the "ghost car" to the right of the BMW before the front appears. It's just the angle, the car was running through the intersection and the BMW's placement just blocked the view of it until the end of the turn. People would rather jump to obscured conclusions then use their brain and see the clear evidence.

If you look very closely through the car's rear window, you can see a flash of the "ghost car" drive by. And if you ever look at videos on youtube about bad driver complations, the majority of them are in Russia and this kind of thing happens all the time. Bottom line, edited video, and Russia's drivers should not be able to drive.

    It's a video from Russia.
Can you believe anything from that country.?

Watch the red car's brake lights on the left of the vehicle that almost hits the 'ghost car'. They hit their brakes well before the BMW does even though there is nothing in front of them. They hit their brakes well before a car appears in front of the BMW... CHOPPED VIDEO!

The lead car hits thier breaks before anything is seen. Add in reaction time to come off gas to apply breaks all before it appears. No brainer here. Clever chop

People who think this is a ghost car are the same people that are majorly wrong with this country. Go play in traffic people.

Well, it has a shadow. But its hard to tell. Photoshop can make this believable. It comes down to actually witnessing it. Im undecided.

for me the fact that the line-of-sight between the vehicle recording and the vehicle in subject to be the ghost car is broken by an actual separate vehicle which then had to slam on his brakes for ghost car
