No , he will not because Silver is not in a positioion to do so
Yes he will , but the puishment rendered will be slight
Who gives a damn, because previously , the league ignored the boorish behavior of this particular owner !
Why should I be concerned it is not as if the NBA has ever cared what the fans think to begin with !
