Peter and John! How can you beat a Jay Craven film, the wonderful actors who are helping the Marlboro College students hone their crafts, the amazing Nantucket setting and the great story line?? I put my money where my mouth is and I've never helped fund a movie before.l

I want to see Peter and John. I saw Jay Craven's last film, Northern Borders, which he made on a very tight budget, and the film was excellent, excellent. He's an amazing director.

Stones we Throw is a terrific and engaging film-- and judging by recent headlines, very timely. This is not only a good film, but an important film.

Peter and John! Because the film will bring the Nantucket of my ancestors to life, and because Jay includes so many Nantucketers in so many ways in the making of this film.

Peter and John all the way! Helping students get involved.

The fact that Peter and John is giving students an opportunity to get hands-on professional filmmaking experience is what sold it for me. Voting for that in hopes that success means they'll be able to make more in the future. Good luck, guys!

Here's what The Huffington Post had to say about "The Big Spoon." I will be putting my vote, and have already put my money on this project. The team behind it have all won prestigious awards and been part of numerous Sundance and SXSW film projects. They are a sure bet to make a quality project.

Isn't the concept of Stones We Throw too obvious? It would have been wonderful and groundbreaking ... in 1970. It could still be a solid movie. It's just the pitch is weak. If it doesn't transcend the pedestrian tone of the pitch it's going nowhere.
