Assuming She'd Come On The Show Should We Have GOPBlackChick on TBGWT?

If this were TWIB, I would more likely say yes (and even with them I have reservations), but on TBGWT.. I'm going to pass. While I appreciate Rod and Karen's views, I'm cool on the attention whoring GOPBlackChick would do on the show and I feel that she would distract and take away from the show overall.

I remember after Obama was re-elected, GOP Black Chick had a breakdown on twitter over being told to shut the fuck up by people in the GOP. She could not believe that her party would disrespect her, which leads me to believe that black folks like her are delusional and lonely. I think if GOP Black Chick had a decent amount of self awareness then she would make for a good interview. I doubt that we will ever see any type of long term growth from her though.

I think we all know a black conservative or two. So we know the difference between a black person who legitimately struggled with whether or not to vote for Obama for policy concerns and someone who calls Obamacare worse than slavery to prove just how anti-Obama they are. So it's clear why the GOP struggles with minority outreach when these are the people they showcase as their effort to diversify. I'd rather hear a discussion with a no-name black conservative than one who only knows how to shoot fireworks to get attention.

See, if this were TWIB asking, I might say "no", because I would be concerned she would drive Elon and Imani crazy (particularly Elon, with his incessant need to be all reasonable). Since you aren't talking about "Medium Talk", you, on the other hand, would give her a chance and have a good interview, but would go directly into trolling mode as soon as she started to go off-kilter. Either way means entertainment for me (and if you could get her to play "Guess the Race", I would kick in extra in the collection plate).

It's been made clear that GOP Black Chick has no interest in an honest discussion about her views with someone who may disagree. As it's been pointed out time and time again, she doesn't even retweet reasonable refutations to her arguments on twitter. Her place isn't once of dialog or bridging the gap between conservative and liberal/liberal leaning blacks, it's to be one of the "exceptional negroes who aren't on the plantation", and she plays her role well. She's always gotta be the victim who's rejected by her community for having a different point of view, and one of the ones who "get it" as far as the GOP is concerned. They trot her out to shit on liberal, moderate, and reasonably minded conservative blacks who don't suckle from the Grand Old Teet. She's bought into her own madness and after following her for a year, I'm convinced that she'll never let go. In short, The only reason I'd want to see GOP Black Chick come on TBGWT would be to have a solid nomination for best argument of the year. But that would be a waste of everyone's time. So I'll pass, thanks.
