I think this lawsuit is dumb. Many people buy things for what ever reason, and the product they bought is a piece of crap. You can return it, or get over it. I think this lady is stupid for suing. Barefoot running is better for you because frankly, humans havent always had Nike around. We were barefoot for a much larger period of time than having shoes.
The shoes are comfortable. I love running barefoot. These give me the option to do so, safely (from hazards like glass). I still stand with Vibram regarding their shoes. I plan on buying another pair soon too.
