I cannot believe all of the whining going on about hairstyles. What happened to military discipline? God help us when it's the soldiers telling the officers off.
Men's hair regs are way more restrictive than women's in the military. You are in the armed forces to be ready for combat or at least deployment, not a fashion statement. Everybody knew the hair regs going in, comply or get out. That goes for men and women. Yes, I was in the army so I walked the walk not just talked the talk.
