Why would you put civilians on the streets and call them Police? Why wouldn't you just train up more Police Officers. DC Brown you need to hang your head in shame. This Great State of Western Australia need people in high ranking positions to be strategic thinkers with dynamic ideals, not someone motivated by a cheap and nasty model that he thinks is an easy sell to money grabbing government officials to further his promotional path. The Tax paying public pay for Police services and they expect a real Police service.
