I have to go with Rod on this one. The studio can't put themselves in a situation where the premiere of The next X-men movie was directed by a convicted sex offender. This sucks for him if he is found innocent but those are the breaks. If Fox decides to ride with him they are doing so at very high risk. It doesn't help him that the movie will sell whether he directs the movie or night.
