What usually happens after your clients finish their initial treatment plan, but could still use more care?

I never see or talk to them again after their last appointment.

I check in with them, but they usually don't come back for more care.

They come back on their own for other issues that arise in the future.

They complete my further recommendations and refer their friends and family to me often.
