Not impressed! That seems like a very high cost, particularly at an authority that is trying to save money 55% (882 votes)
It's fair, since the authority is basically asking staff often to work through their lunch so that group work can get done 28% (449 votes)
We probably need to remember the context; Eastern Health, after all, is one of our largest employers 11% (169 votes)
