I think with these longer school hours you're going to see more and more frustrated kids therefore, you're going to see more drop outs. Wake up NY kids need time to be kids and spend time with there family and friends doing as they please not sitting shoved in a desk. Leave the damn school schedules alone! Kids are not robots to control. I hear ppl all the time complaining there is no respect from kids anymore well this is a good example why. They are pushed around, given schedules, and told they have to pass this class and that test to "qualify" for life. I think I would be pissed off at the world and disrespectful too!
