Did you find it hard to make the transition from parental leave back to work?

Yes. It was a major adjustment both personally and professionally.

No. I just dropped my child off and picked up at work where I'd left off.

I don't have kids and I'm glad I don't have to worry about this stuff.

I'm on parental leave right now and I'm dreading going back.
