Although there are some nice paths for leisure there is not enough for commuters, especially for bikers coming or leaving the city. Trips east of city have to share roads with no shoulders or push over railway track and rough terrain. To 43rd.

Why do news stories never tell the other side of the cycling story, about all the cyclists who only bike on sidewalks, ride their bikes at high speeds through crosswalks (giving vehicles no time to react to them), never use their bells when approaching pedestrians from behind, and break all kinds of traffic laws? Cyclists are not the innocent victims here.
