Iif he is found guilty, he can be sentenced under the "Holmes Youth Offender Act." His record will be expunged or deleted at the age of 21. Rehabilitation for watching Porn ????. This is idiotic and highlights the need for a male presence in her home. If every teenage boy who talked back and watched were to go to rehab the streets would be empty.

Though I agree with her actions, I disagree with how she handled it.
OK, single mom's who claim they can raise boys. So the boot is looking at porn, this is a stage boys go through, abs this is where the father's are needed, to keep boys, or young men in line.
She is ditching her responsibility, off on the system, and already giving the young the wrong treatment.
The father's job is to explain what's going on, explain the dos, and donts, the wrongs and rights, something the mother is obviously not ready to deal, or even capable of handling.
Next concern, how is it even in the household, hmmmm.
Where is the father, he is needed right now, because asi stated earlier, I respect her concern, but she handled it wrong.
